What to Expect:
First 5 Weeks: Build a foundation of fitness and strength.
Second 5 Weeks: Fine-tune top-end fitness, ensuring you hit the start line fit, fast, healthy, and well-rested.
Each 10-week program is specifically tailored to the demands of Moab Rocks. For those participating in multiple Trans Rockies events, expect unique programs to cater to each race's distinct challenges.** Please note your program will start 11 WEEKS out from the first day of the race and includes 5 weeks training, 1 week of rest, and 5 weeks training. **
